RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As our Honey is perishable we do not offer a return policy on it. What we do offer is if you receive a box of fruit and there is something wrong with the fruit itself please report this to us by email and we will send you replacement fruit. You must include full description and pictures. Excluded from this is freight damage as the shipment is shipped with insurance from the U.S. Post Office. $50.00 max per box.
We handle the Freight as each box is shipped using the U.S. Mail. We box it up and ship it out using Priority Mail using large flat rate boxes. Each caries $50.00 insurance subject to the U.S Mail policies.
