Are you looking for a very unique, private, luxury home that is still close to everything?  The Guest house on Frisian Groves/ Bradbury Citrus Ranch in Surprise Arizona is just one of those unique places.  The two bedroom, two bath, 1400 square foot Guest House that is fully furnished and even has its own private fenced rear yard is truly a unique  year round luxury getaway location. Situated in the middle of Surprise Arizona near the 303 Freeway it offers fast and easy access to most all West Valley attractions yet for people seeking a place where there is a lot of relaxing privacy too is desired it is perfect.

   To begin with the Guest house is situated inside  a 15 acre citrus/horse ranch.  The house is fully furnished and equipped with most everything you need. The grassed rear yard is a great place to sit out and catch the sunsets from or have a BBQ on the outside grill.  You can even bring along your dog companions and the rear yard even has its own citrus trees that you can pick fresh of the tree fruit for your meals and drinks from. You also have access to the other 600 plus trees on the property for picking fruit for your needs when in season. In front of the home is a private rose garden with a table for  relaxing, reading or just taking in the roses and views.

 Inside there is sleeping accommodations for 4 people in two bedrooms ( one with a king size bed and one with a full and twin bed) plus a pull out queen size bed in the  great room making it easy to handle 6 people comfortably. There is a large dining area adjacent to the great room that  has lots of seating area, a gas fireplace and a large wall mounted TV with lots of stations via a 5G network connection. 5G Wifi is also privatized to the guest house via the Verizon 5G Network. The Kitchen has granite counter tops, a pull up two person eating/drinking bar and everything you need to cook great meals in. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer in it for all your clothes cleaning needs.

  The pool area is situated behind the Owners home but you have access to it from sun up to 10 pm daily and it is something that is like being at a resort with two waterfalls and even in pool seating by a sunken BBQ area on one side and a raised fire pit area on the other. 

  Additionally on the grounds are 4 huge pastures in which the resident 14 horses hang out in everyday and there is a very nice barn you can visit anytime to get up close to the horses, if you desire. additionally around the property are wild birds including two resident owls and lots of rabbits to be watched in the evening. Other wild creatures come and go through the property and many find it fun to see what they can find see.
