We welcome photographers to enjoy the beauty of the Cotton Lane Citrus grove for or client photo sessions free of charge, as long as the images are not used for rebroadcast or commercial distribution

Family portraits, engagements shoots, senior photos, and similar sessions are perfectly fine

Commercial Filming & Production - Fees Apply

Companies wishing to use the grove for movies, advertisements, promotional videos, or any commercial broadcast must obtain prior approval and pay a location-use fee.
