All our Citrus is picked fresh from our trees after your order is placed with us.  We strive to deliver the best just off the Farm produce you can get anywhere. We box it up and ship it out on Priority U.S. Mail using large flat rate boxes.

As fruit is perishable, we do not offer a return policy on it. What we do offer is if you receive a bag of fruit and there is something wrong with the fruit itself please report this to us before leaving the Ranch.

Visit the ranch and let our staff do the picking for you. Pick-up times are based on daily customer volume. For faster service and shorter wait times, weekdays are recommended, as weekends are typically busier with families visiting the ranch.

We offer a We-Pick Service for customers who prefer not to pick their own fruit for a small service fee. Once your order is placed and payment is completed, our team will hand-select your chosen fruit. You will receive a text or email notification when your order is ready for pickup—typically within 1 to 3 hours.

There is no charge for customers who are disabled or physically unable to pick their own fruit.
